Our primary yoga approach called Sri Sri Yoga teaches a holistic way of life that integrates all elements of Yoga, making a prayerful discipline bringing into an experience all aspects of a complete yoga practice, including traditional asanas (postures), simple pranayamas (breathing techniques), guided meditation and knowledge of yoga.

As a graduate of Sri Sri School of Yoga you will be able to teach the Sri Sri Yoga knowledge through practical and theoretical classes. Also for Art of Living teachers, it enables them to teach the Sri Sri Yoga Level 1 course.

It includes nourishing the body with balanced nutrition, staying active through regular exercise or yoga, maintaining mental clarity through meditation and self-reflection, and prioritizing adequate rest. I focus on building strength not only physically but also emotionally, understanding that stress management and inner peace are essential parts of a healthy lifestyle. For me, health is not about perfection or strict rules—it is about progress, self-discipline, and self-love. By practicing gratitude, staying motivated, and embracing growth every day, I strive to live a life filled with energy, confidence, and purpose.
