Using modern as well as traditional teaching methodologies, our experienced teachers impart primary knowledge of yoga practices that are relevant in the journey of pregnancy from the preconception stage to the post natal guidance. It helps the yoga teachers to take up questions related of pregnancy.
It is a strong amalgamation of timeless yogic wisdom of India and a combination of modern scientific study in the field of “Garbh” – Womb, Garbh Dana (Conception), Shishu Parvarish (Embryology), understanding the diet during pregnancy and other related topics

Pre-Requisites
- Age: 18 – 60 years (special permission required for 60+)
- Should have done at least a 200H of yoga teacher training before applying for the same
(Might have done a diploma/Graduation or Post graduation in Yoga – But in such a case they should have experience of teaching for at least 6 month) - AOL Programs: Happiness Program of the Art of Living
(If the Happiness Program has not yet been completed, it will be arranged for you. Please reach out to the admissions team for coordination.) - Physically and mentally fit
- Pregnant woman are not allowed in the training
Fees
With Certification:
- Indian residents – INR 45,000
- Rest of the world – USD 945
Note :After successful completion of the course and examination thereafter, the student will be issued a Pre – Natal Yoga Teacher Training Certificate from Sri Sri School of Yoga with which they are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as RPYT.
*There are breaks in between the session. A few sessions would be taught at the night.

Accommodation
The fee, once deposited, is non – refundable and non – transferable.
Currently available in English and Hindi.
Anyone 18 years and above who has passed 12th standard (or equivalent).
The evaluation procedure involves an assessment for certification.
